#95 Baked parmesan & herb fries (via JoeFoodie)
Take organic gold potatoes & slice them into wedges. Bake the wedges in a olive oiled cast iron skillet on the barbeque for about 25 minutes at 450 degrees. Once removed from heat, sprinkle with parmesan, dried herbs de provence and sea salt. A delicious alternative to regular, old french fries.
